Data Deletion Policy for Client Accounts
Xenia will completely delete the account upon a Client’s request.
If we need to retain certain data for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud
prevention or regulatory compliance, we would clearly inform the user about our data
retention practices as it relates to their account.
How to delete the entire data of users’ account from Xenia cTrader.
Please follow the instructions below.
- After logging into the Xenia cTrader app, tap the three lines on the top left of the screen.
- The menu list will open, please tap on “Manage Profile”.
- Please tap “Delete Account” at the bottom of “Manage Profile”.
- When the “Delete Account” pop-up window appears, please tap “Send”.
- Your account deletion request will be sent to Xenia.
- Your account will be completely deleted
